Does Aviator Den rent a whole house or just a room?
2 Options:
- Crashpad - Room rental with shared common space
- Single Family- Rental of the entire property
Cost?
- Crashpad -Room rentals - There is ZERO out of pocket cost . We solely charge the approved reimbursable TDY Lodging rate. This can be found at:

Already staying at base lodging, can I Move?
YES! You have the option to leave base lodging at any time and come join us for a more fitting life style. There is no commitment between you and base lodging.
Can I bring my Spouse, family, or Significant other?
YES! At Aviator DEN we value family and our military members. We know that Home is where the military sends you, we try and accommodate families to the best of our availability. Please contact us for pricing.
Pets?
Pets are allowed upon prior approval. There is a one time Non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet and must provide current vaccination records and rental insurance with proof of coverage for your pet. Aviator DEN reserves the right to limit the number of pets in a given household and or not allow specific breeds.
What to bring?
All you need is your clothes and any personal items you may like. Leave the worrying up to us , as we provide you with a luxurious fully furnished Home!

December HOLIDAY Leave: Will I be charged?
Crashpad Only: If you are taking Official Leave during the December Holiday season you will Not be charged from December 24th- January 1.Don't worry, your personal items will be safe and waiting for you when you come back to the Den! Approved official leave orders must be submitted to Aviator Den no later than Dec 23rd for approval.
Do I have to use my Government Travel card to pay?
The answer is No. You have the choice of using your government travel card but you are more than welcome to use your own credit card to accumulate points. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
How does your Referral program work?
We thrive on referrals and like to thank our Den members that pass on a good word. We offer $ referral credit, the new Den member just needs to list your name on the initial 'Contact Us' Form , sign the contract, and referral $ is paid out after the 1st month of their stay.
Do I get a receipt for my stay at the Aviator DEN?
Yes. You will be provided with a daily itemized receipt for your lodging along with a Paid receipt for your government travel card. These will be emailed to you on a monthly basis. Be sure you keep these, they will be needed when you file DTS.
